2 - Relax and Discover
The pack contains a combination of exercise, relaxation procedures, and sufficient time to get to know beautiful landscape of Jeseníky in detail. Free time for the tours is provided every day from 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., and the contents are left for the client to decide, also respecting the current weather conditions. The tours are therefore not organized by the spa, and the price of the eventual tours is not calculated in the price of the pack. However, our expert staff is ready to help all the clients with planning these trips (on foot, by bicycle, by car, train or bus, driving your own car).
Starting day: Sunday, after 2 o'clock p.m. (possible also during Sunday evening or night) Procedures + trips Mo-Tue-Wed-Thu-Fri-Sat.
Departure on Sunday, after breakfast.
The pack guarantees:
- 6x half boarding + breakfast on the departing Sunday
- 7x accommodation in selected quality
- Examination, education: expert educative interview
- Active procedures: Calanetics (collective exercise), 2x fitness with professional supervision, spinal exercise, 2x exercise on gym-balls
- Passive procedures: 2x herb-bead-type bath with a wrap, massage by lava stones, Chinese pressure massage, honey massage, Finnish sauna, classical partial massage.
